Confirm every payment without exposing your business account.

Notiza captures payment alerts, filters sensitive information, and delivers approved confirmations to the right member of your team instantly.

  • No new bank account
  • No POS device

The problem

Your team needs payment confirmation, not access to your finances.

Owner as bottleneck

When every customer payment must be confirmed by the owner, the business slows down. Customers are left waiting for confirmation, operations pause whenever the owner is unavailable, staff become frustrated, and some customers may eventually leave.

Sharing your banking app is not a business strategy.

Too much access, too little control

Banking app access exposes account balances, transaction history, outgoing payments, revenue trends, and supplier payments — information that belongs to the owner alone.

Fake transfer proof

Screenshots and customer alerts can be edited, duplicated, or entirely fabricated. Staff have no reliable way to verify without a real system.

Notiza gives your team only the payment information they need to serve the customer, while you remain private and in control.

Multiple accounts & inboxes

One workspace. All your accounts. View together or filter by source.

A bank accounts sheet listing GTBank, Access Bank and Moniepoint, each marked active, with an option to view all accounts together.

Daily business summary

A clean end-of-day report so you know how the day went without opening your banking app.

A daily summary report showing total received, transaction count, largest payment, and credit, debit and flagged alert counts.

How it works

Three steps. Zero exposure.

  1. Connect

Link the email inbox where your bank sends transaction alerts. One inbox handles multiple bank accounts and alert sources.

    • Multiple bank accounts
    • Multiple email inboxes
    • Android SMS Collector
  2. Control

Set exactly what each team member can see — amount, sender name, reference number, time. Account balance is always hidden.

    • Per-recipient permissions
    • Credit and debit rules
    • Revoke access instantly
  3. Deliver

Route verified confirmations to the right person on the right channel. Your team gets what they need — nothing more.

Privacy by design

Built around financial privacy.

Notiza exists to reduce unnecessary access to sensitive business information. That principle shapes every product decision.

Zero banking credentials

Notiza never asks for your internet banking login, PIN, or OTP. It reads only the alert emails your bank already sends.

Sensitive data is stripped, not hidden

Account balance and history are removed before any alert is forwarded. Team members receive filtered data, not obscured data.

Granular access control

Each team member's permissions are independently configured. Revoking one person's access does not affect others.

Comprehensive audit trail

Every alert processed, every route taken, every recipient notified is logged. The owner can review the full trail at any time.

Trusted by

Built for how Nigerian businesses actually get paid.

My sales girls used to call me every time a customer paid. Now they see 'verified' on their phone and just move on. I only get pinged for the big ones.

No more 'customer said she paid' arguments with fake screenshots. My cashiers confirm it themselves, and I still see everything at the end of the day.

I stopped sharing my Access Bank login the day I found out a former staff member still had it. Notiza's the first thing that actually fixed that properly.

Frequently asked questions

Does Notiza have access to my bank account or funds?

No. Notiza never asks for your internet banking login, PIN or OTP, and it has no connection to your bank beyond reading the alert emails and SMS your bank already sends you. It cannot move money, initiate a transfer, or sign in to your account on your behalf.

What happens if someone intercepts the alert email?

Every email alert is checked against your bank's own DKIM signature before it becomes a payment record, so a forged or edited message fails verification and is refused. Notiza also only accepts alerts from the sender addresses belonging to the banks you have added, so a message from anywhere else is rejected before it is read.

Can I revoke a team member's access immediately?

Yes, and it takes effect at once. What a team member can see is a permission applied every time they load a screen, not a copy of your data handed to them — so narrowing or removing their access changes what they see on their next refresh, including payments already in their history.

Which banks are supported?

Notiza reads alerts from GTBank, Access Bank, UBA, Stanbic IBTC, Kuda and Wema Bank today, by email and, where the bank sends them, by SMS. An alert from a bank that is not yet supported is stored rather than discarded, so support can be added from the real message instead of a guess.

Can my team receive alerts on WhatsApp?

Yes. Each team member can receive confirmations in the Notiza app, on WhatsApp, on Telegram, or on more than one of these at the same time — a cashier watching their own phone and a supervisor watching a shared group are different audiences for the same payment.

Is there a limit on team members or accounts?

One Notiza workspace holds all of your bank accounts and everyone who needs to see payments from them, and you can view them together or filter to a single account. The free plan covers one bank account and two people; the Business plan covers five accounts and ten people. Checking whether a payment is real is unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Each person is added individually so their access can be set and withdrawn on its own.

How much does Notiza cost, and what happens after the free plan?

The free plan is free for as long as you use it — one bank account, two people, and no limit on checking whether a payment is real. Business is ₦7,500 a month, or ₦75,000 a year, for five bank accounts and ten people. Anyone who used Notiza during the pilot keeps their free plan, as we said we would.

What if my business doesn't use a dedicated email inbox?

You do not need one. Notiza can read the alerts in an existing inbox you already receive them in, and it only ever looks at messages from your bank's alert address. If your bank sends SMS rather than email, a spare Android phone can act as a collector and forward those alerts instead.

Your team confirms.
Your finances stay private.

Separate payment confirmation from financial exposure, using the bank alerts you already receive.
